REPRODIS HLD4l Instrument Disinfectant.
Application:
Use of REPRODIS in Machines and tanks
- After using REPROZYME MANUAL to clean instruments, make up a solution of 1 in 20 REPRODIS HLD4l into an open tank or ultrasonic bath.
- Remove instruments from REPROZYME solution and rinse in water of suitable quality.
- Completely immerse the instruments into the freshly made up solution of REPRODIS HLD4l for 10 minutes.
- Remove the instruments after the 10 minute contact time and rinse in fresh water.
- Dry instruments and store them correctly ready for reuse.
- The solution can last up to 7 days, provided the solution does not become contaminated or cloudy.
REPROZYME Enzymatic Instrument Cleaner.
Application:
For use in Ultrasonic chambers:
- Rinse instruments under running water.
- Shake off residual water.
- Make up a 2% solution of REPROZYME and immerse instruments.
- Soak for 5 minutes.
- Do not exceed temperature of 40°C
- Remove, rinse and dry prior to autoclave or chemical disinfection with REPRODIS.
For use as a soak solution in non-ultrasonic tank:
- Follow directions for ultrasonic use up to and including preparation of 2% solution.
- Soak for 10 minutes.
- Remove, rinse and dry prior to autoclave or chemical disinfection with REPRODIS.
